Startup Pitching Guidelines
The Startup Pitching of the Northeast Startup Festival 2022 was scheduled on 18th and 19th Feb 2022. Total 57 teams have submitted their presentations and ideas to the programme which will be evaluated in the following process.
- Elevator Pitch of 2 mins per team.
- Top 20 teams will be selected based on the elevator pitch.
- The top 20 Teams will present their Business plan (PPT) for 5mins and 3mins question round in front of the 4 judges for the programme.
- Top 5 teams will be selected from the final round of which will be declared as winners.
- The best teams will be selected for acceleration programme.
Step 1: Criteria for selection of the elevator Pitch: 18th Feb2022, 10am to 6pm
Weightage was be made on the following criteria on the basis of 1 to 10.
- Company registration of the team/ willing to register soon.
- Pitching style of the presenter.
- Content of the idea.
- Scalability.
Step 2: Criteria for selection of the final Pitching: 19th Feb2022, 10am to 5pm
Weightage was made on the following criteria on the basis of 1 to 10.
- Presentation of the startup.
- Market study.
- Traction of the startup.
- Financial viability & funding raised.
- Scalability.
Rules and Regulations:
- The Presentations will presented by the team members as soon as their names are called by organiser.
- The team will be given 5mins for presenting their Business plan PPT and 3mins for question round.
- There will be a buzzer for the time allocated to each team and thereby need to complete the presentation and question round within time.
- We request the Judges also to maintain the time sequence to maintain the allocated time to complete top 20 teams in a day.
- Top 5 teams will be selected among the competition and anyone or more from the best teams will be selected by IVY Growth Associates.
